Without any doubt, the smartest decision I’ve ever made for my health. I’ve never felt better … body, mind and soul. This is not a normal gym, there is no ‘going through the motions’ and you will get bang for buck here because the difference is Heath cares about your results. He wants your best, he understands personal limitations but insists on 100% effort. The group based programming is diverse and certainly not stale, and the personal training is tailored and focussed. And then there is the members. You won’t meet a more supportive, energetic, like-minded group of people that you’ll want to train with.
Whatever your circumstances, fit or otherwise, Heath Barwick owner/trainer will be able to help you. I have had health issues for the last two years and felt like giving in to them at times but Heath designed a program for me to keep me strong to deal with it and keep going. Van Demon Fitness will be there for you and its friendly and supportive members will welcome you.
Van Demon fitness will change you. For the better. Anyone can achieve their fitness goals here, as long as they are prepared to challenge themselves. Awesome strongman, HIIT, Karate and personal training sessions. Heath and Bill will push you, but do it the right way. Awesome supportive atmosphere. Highly recommended.
I bit daunting the first time. But great instructor's, that guide you through and get the best out of your workout. Training sessions always changing and never boring.plenty of support snd encouragement from other members. Do youself a favour and try it out!!
VDF has changed my life in so many ways for the better. I can’t thank Heath enough in pushing & supporting me through training. It’s not just the training which I love it’s the People, we are one big family that goes through it all together & if one member falls we pick them back up & go again together!
Great community, great support, real quality programming, never boring! Champs can train right alongside beginners because of clever scaling, everyone will get results. You will work harder than you ever have in your life : 11/10
Van Demon Fitness is not a globo gym. I've done things that I never would have done through a globo gym. I get frustrated if I don't get a chance to train. You certainly won't do the same workout twice. If you want results then this is the place to be.
From beginner to expert this gym caters for all. Amazing trainers and always welcoming. Definitely check them out
