I booked a night for a girlfriends hens night and when it turned up it was a school bus, no mention on this and i wasted $1100 to make it worse when i mentioned it kitty the tour manager was absolutely horrible! Disgusting treatment and absolutely no customer service.. all i wanted to do was tell that she needs to make sure she tells people exactly what they are paying for and stop people from being ripped off and embarrassed. If i could give zero stars i would due to how horrible she was to me.
