1st time try the butterfly pea lychee, it's not my regular order as I normally order green tea or just regular milk tea. It's fresh but too sweet for me. The cake is my daughter favourite
Good store which provides bubble tea and birthday stuff as well.
Went around 7.40pm on Tuesday with 2 other friends. Had the coconut milk tea and it was very good. Quick and friendly service especially the man at the counter taking order. Very Professional and welcoming. Good stuff!
I didn't plan on buying any, but the Butterfly Pea series caught my eyes! So I settled for the Butterfly Pea, Kumquat and Passionfruit, and it's just the refreshment you need on a hot afternoon! There weren't too many people waiting so my order came out quite quickly. Staff were friendly and on the ball with explaining my drink. Utopia is one of the oldest bubble tea chain in Perth, and I note they follow through with offering level of sweetness and ice. Worth the visit.
In 2020, I had rated this place 5 stars however, over the last two years, the place has unfortunately gone down in quality. The most basic flavours like Original Milk Tea or Utopia Milk Tea are now more watery. I can do a double-blind test and tell which drink is from Willetton and which drink is from Riverton Utopia. Very unfortunate.
Quick, efficient purchase, staff were friendly and not pushy! Drink done perfectly, would recommend their new Butterfly Pea tea series!
I use to get bbt here all the time, but the last 3 experiences I had at this store haven't been great. Staff were nice and the shop wasn't too busy, but the tea flavour of my Oolong MT was not very strong and the sago has been softer than usual. Hopefully my next experience would be a more positive one.
They have very friendly service, but are like every other Utopia shop. If you have never been to any other Utopia, know what it is not super exciting, but the atmosphere is quite comfortable. They have a nice range of breads, called and most of all, bubble tea drinks. Overall, it's a nice place to stop at for a quick drink. I don't go very often, so I can't really recommend any drinks.
Isn't the same anymore. They Changed the menu and lost my fav matcha redbean smoothie. So ordered winter love milk tea with strong flavour, but came back with water and sago. Had it replaced and remade but all that changed was it was they added more sugar, but still couldn't taste the tea. Saw them put in only 1 bag of tea usually with strong flavour they would put in 2. After stuffing up the first drink and then the second drink after I realized they must have changed the ingredients as it taste totally different now and cut cost or stingeing back on quantity of ingredients put in. I didn't bother asking for a third one as it would be too awkward. Either way, utopia has been great in the past and we all had great memories there. But i think the era of utopia has passed, sadly don't think we will be coming back anymore. For everyone feeling the same and would want to know the current popular BBT around, I Would recommend T4.
Could've given zero star if there is, bought 3 teas for take away to my dismay red beans is already off and sour. Quality before profit is a good business practice you should learn. Won't be going back.
