Chatime started in Taiwan, and it was very well known for iced tea. The staff told me I could order the iced tea with the specified amount of sugar for the drink. How nice. Good service though! Enjoy 2022-09
Relatively quick service! Open till late they close at 2130 according to their opening time poster.
Self-service, although my preference is to be served in-person. Self service is rarely quicker than being served and, hey, I prefer the personal touch. Bubble tea was very nice, probably one of the best I've had.Food: 4/5
I hate sugary bubble tea. Most time, chatime is one of the sweeter bubble tea I have. The lady who make my drink have always been more then willing to adjust the syrup in my drink to lesser and make it more palatable.Food: 5/5

Amazing experience! Especially from Erin!! My sister and I came and ordered some bubble tea. Although the store was flooded with people, she assured us that it wouldn’t take long and made sure to call us out personally to let us know our tea was ready which didn’t take too long because they were so efficient! Will definitely be coming here again, thank you so much for your service Erin.
Good quick service, self serve is easy and intuative to use. Iced lychee black tea was refreshing. Ill be back for sure.
The delicious drinks served within this venue is exquisite at its maximum level. the drinks are a delicacy to my tastebuds. The store is neatly decorated and is a temptation to gaze upon. The service is immaculate and deserves 10/5 stars. Anyone will automatically feel welcomed upon entering due to their kindness and humour included. The exquisite flavours prepared by the peng workers melt on my tongue. The top notch glorious designs within the venue display a luxurious look to the store. The surroundings of the store is so eminent and chatime fills the area with a majestic touch. Please visit this sumptuous and illustrious store located within southlands boulevarde immediately for an admirable experience.
Everything here always tastes nice and fresh! Nice spot to hang out with your friends on the seats outside or stand around your cars in the large carpark outside of the store. Fair few food options near by as well so can have a bubble tea to go with your food.
a boy w glasses and relatively larger than average bunda was very helpful but i cannot remember his name?? i think it was rick!! he was very polite and slay update: i went again today and a girl named elly was super helpful!! she recommended me a vv nice drink 10/10 experience : will be coming again
