I went to the urban groove store in Burleigh and had a terrible experience.  I was looking at some pool toys, and a lunchbox on the shelf next to me fell off due to bad arrangement. the corner of it cracked off, I was then forced to pay the $25. To top it all off they kept the easily fixable lunchbox, that I could've given to my 12-year-old daughter. I think it was a disgrace how they treated me,  with no respect, and didnt have the courtesy to give me the lunchbox.  And to think I might of thought something a lot more expensive, but never again will I buy,  look in, or recommend the urban groove store in Burleigh, Gold Coast.
