Really nicely set up and a lovely lady working there
Always good to support the locals. The children love going places like this, you really don't know what you can find unless you go in.
Cool shop, was told there is another not too far away . Lovely staff.
Unfriendly, unhelpful cashier. If staff are negative it definately discourages the buyer speaking for myself want to stay and shop more/longer. I almost felt like not buying anything at all to be honest. Respectfully, the display/layout of stock is not appealing to the eye to motivate purchases either unfortunately.
Ready and tidy with some bargains for a great charity. Lovely staff..
Way too expensive would have got same thing as first hand price. It would be good if staff lady is little bit kind instead of judging you though asked for a bit bargain would have told politely but felt like insulted in front of other people who were buying. It is hard time for everyone so nothing goes being kind and little bit understanding of customers. Would buy from family store. But yes very clean place so giving one star extra! Sorry guys

Not too bad but my first time into Op shop here in wanaka and sorry and nothing personal to the staff but need to smile a bit more.please not im not judging but just don't feel like I'm welcome, maybe it's just me or maybe I came at the wrong time
So many options. Decent prices
Compared to the other op shop in town -this was a vast improvement. Staff were friendly and attentive. A good array of items. I spent a good amount in here. Even offered another room of DVD's when observed I was looking at some in store. Very friendly.
