As a tourist, it's not the best deal compared to other supermarkets because of the club deal thing. I can't register to be member as I don't own a nz mobile number. And I've gone few supermarket even with club deal the item is also slightly more expensive than other store.

I have received excellent customer service from your manager, James Moody, on two separate occasions in the last few days!!nnThe first was in regards to your Club Pricing which he took the time to explain to me and how myself, as a tourist from Canada, could utilize it. The second was in regards to a replacement on a bakery product that didn't taste right, which he promptly and courteously handled.nnNew World needs more managers with the interpersonal skills of James!! Give that man a raise!!
The apples are rotten in there, not just one type, but multiple variations are rottennAlso the staff does not even have training in regarding to the loyalty program, so when trying to finalise the registerstion, she is really not helpful and then straight away asked me to checkout without finalise my registerstion process.nI have lost fly buys points just because of this.nSo be careful about picking goods and hope you can find nicer staff to talk to.
I love how big it is. Means more options, and are usually better than the smaller ones. Staff are really nice too. Toilet are cleaned good.
