Its a carpark! Its safer than most, its space is large, and easy to navigate the up and down. Ticket system pretty straight forward for the elderly, etc. Accessible, but need to be mindful to park on each split level without small set of stairs, leading to the lift.
For the price they charge, they have ridiculously frequent issues with the boom gates or with drivers who block an entire exit lane while they sort themselves out. They could really benefit from having better monitoring of traffic flow at peak times. In any case, it's quite a rip off.
Using the Upark Plus card, I enjoyed the daily cap price of 8$ in Feb 22. It's now raised back to an early bird price of $ 19.
Can’t get out. Sort out the exit boom gate and traffic lights on Waymouth Street.
This carpark is like any other to me. You have e Togo up multiple levels before you can even look for a park due to people having a reserved space. Not my ideal really.
Where is the zero star option? Frequently after 9am lets cars in when carpark is full, requiring you to drive 6 floors up only to discover many other cars driving in circles looking for non existent parks. You'll then need to drive 6 floors down again and be charged $8 for the privilege unless someone happens to answer the help buzzer in a reasonable timeframe unlikely. Urgently needs to upgrade it's tech to not infuriate customers and justify it's hefty pricing.
Full sign not illuminated went in and ticket machine said full had to wait for car to leave . Lady on microphone ,'help' was about as cheerful as a fire in an orphanage!
The directions on the sandwich board around the corner ask casual parkers to enter via the right lane, however that sign isn’t visible until after you’ve already driven in past the keep left sign. Parks here seem wider than other parks nearby.
