If I could give Unity Water no stars I would. Used to be OK but now terrible customer service. When will their incompetent staff wake up and realise they are not dealing with parcels, they are dealing with people. And the organisation is "too close" to the Council as well.

Have had a few leaks that were not my fault (in public area) over the years racking up massive bills and they are not helpful

This morning my family woke up to a Unitywater truck doing work on our street, eventually blocking our driveway. I understand the work was most likely urgent, but was it necessary to order this work to be done first thing in the morning, while schoolkids were walking past to the nearby school? And while people are trying to get out of their driveways to work? Seems very dangerous. We were also not given any notice this work was going to occur, quite unprofessional. However, the workers were understanding and moved their truck when asked, and also stressed that the didn't know there was a school nearby and that the street would be so busy. This is fault by the company it's self and I am very unimpressed.
