I am bewildered because I arrived at the United Petroleum Kingston Hobart at 8.10pm and it is closed. On the website, it indicated clearly that closing time is 9pm. And when I read the review, there is another feedback in Nov 2023 with the same encounter and the reply from United is that they will informed the site manager and investigate.nMay I suggest that it is indicated in the website with closing time may vary, because this is very disappointing and I will definitely think twice about pumping petrol in United Kingston since the website is not accurate and obviously no one ring a petrol kiosk to check opening time.

My sister and I both filled up using unleaded on the same day- different pumps.nOver the next 24 hours both of us had trouble starting our cars and both are now with a mechanic due to bad fuel as they wouldn’t run. Isn’t a cheap trip to the mechanic either and since telling people about it others are now saying the same thing happened to them. would NOT recommend using united

Despite the website indicating a closing time of 9 pm, I arrived at 8 pm, an hour before closing, only to be met with rudeness from the staff member on duty. Not only did he refuse to serve us, but he also walked away without uttering a single word.nnThis experience has left me deeply disappointed, and I believe it reflects poorly on the level of customer service provided at your establishment. I urge you to consider training your staff on how to interact with customers professionally and to update the website promptly to avoid such inconveniences in the future.nnI hope you take this feedback seriously and address the issues to ensure a more positive experience for your customers.

The staff Vasu is an awesome staff! Really appreciated his support! He provides the best service! He is the good asset in the store! He deserves the respect!

Great new fuel stop plenty of space to fuel up good prices and even better if you have RACT discount all working now .nHas the usual snack and drinks but there is a self serve Pie Face hot food section.nService was ok and shop is kept clean and tidy .
