Hands down, the best gas station experience I’ve ever had in my life. The people here are beyond amazing, genuinely some of the kindest, most thoughtful, and helpful folks you’ll meet. From the second I pulled in, I felt welcomed like family. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, and you can tell they truly care about their customers. It’s rare these days to find a place where the service feels so personal, warm, and sincere. Every interaction was full of kindness, patience, and genuine good energy. You can tell this team takes pride not just in their work, but in creating a positive experience for everyone who walks through the door. I honestly left with a huge smile on my face, feeling like I’d just visited old friends rather than stopped for gas. If I could give more than five stars, I would. This place sets the gold standard for customer service, an absolute gem.
Spent $50 on petrol, then they tried to charge me $9.70 for 2 cans of coke! He was so scattered he didn't know what he was doing. I ended up requesting the money back he'd charged me for the cans. Took me asking, then demanding a total of 8 times before recieving my money. He was rude and belligerent! Instead of simply apologising & moving on he decides to verbally abuse me instead. Absolutely disgusting! Notice how they only comment on the 'positive' reviews..
Good friendly service, Clean location, limited food options, air to check tire pressure.
We put diesel in that station prior to a trip to Launceston. The diesel was dirty which caused damage to the pump of our car confirmed by a mechanic we had to see. Travelling with a baby, this made the trip extremely stressful. When trying to reach out to the store, the employee was extremely dismissive and would not put us in contact with the manager. Looking at other comments, this does not seem to be a first occurence. If you want quality fuel and appropriate customer service, avoid that place.
Worst place ever. Worst customer services and their fuel will end up ceasing your car engine. Best place to f€¥k your car up.
