This is the first BP Service station in my experience in Australia which has NEVER soap in the bathroom. I am travelling with semitrailer  from melbourne to tasmania almost every 2 weeks and always stop at this service station to put diesel around $200 and just have to bring some soap with me to wash my hands  in the bathroom and take it back to the truck. 
Very disappointed!
