Extremely arrogant staff wanted to rob my 10 cents!!! Agreed the displayed price was different than that on the system... but the till attendant should know the price of the product. I had a look at others reviews and find out that lot of complaints about the discrimination of the staff. Yes, there is one female Indian staff who is lack of customer service and working experience. She speaks on her mobile phone with speaker on when she works. She seems nice to Australian Caucasian, she doesn’t talk to other people especially Asian customers at all. I filmed her attitude and actions couple of times when I paid for fuel here. I assume I will get automatically replied back by United Petrol customer service team and that’s all. I am expecting company to investigate this matter and take some actions for your own sake.
I understand that the workers can’t control the fuel prices so I don’t bother filling up here even though it’s the closest petrol station to my house. But the real reason this station is so poor is everything else. Firstly, The staff are inattentive and careless, prioritising having a chat over serving customers. Secondly, the facilities. I tried pumping my tyres up and was unable to because the hose was being held on by some duct tape.
Terrible customer service, Walked in to pay for fuel and the guy was talking on the phone via earbud.No acknowledgement just pointed at card machine and kept talking. Last time I go there for fuel. Sad ,as I like supporting local bussiness.
I was having a bad night juggling a child in the car and running late, Anmol helped me so much to refuel quickly and that too with a smile. Made my evening with how kind she was!
