Reviews
I had a look at others reviews and find out that lot of complaints about the discrimination of the staff. Yes, there is one female Indian staff who is lack of customer service and working experience. She speaks on her mobile phone with speaker on when she works. She seems nice to Australian Caucasian, she doesn’t talk to other people especially Asian customers at all. I filmed her attitude and actions couple of times when I paid for fuel here. I assume I will get automatically replied back by United Petrol customer service team and that’s all. I am expecting company to investigate this matter and take some actions for your own sake.
Needed to use the public toilet facility. The conditions were quite shitty and I mean, literally* their was human bodily faces all over the floor and walls with a putrid stench of urine. Flies were causing a pest and toilet paper wasn't very generous either.
No say hi from staff here, and he made phone calls call with others. Why you hire the guy like this. So rude, no respect.
Called in here enroute in our motorhome. First they burnt our pies this a is pie face outlet} Then on the second attempt to heat more pies , they made them much to hot to eat, and the crust was like wood laminate. The toilets where putrid, and so very dirty, and in need of some repairs. The departure from this centre is down a very very steep short ramp, which cause us to bottom out onto a busy side road. We like pie face pies, but never again will we try them.
Absolute rip off !!! selling 10L adblue for freakin $112... when it's available between $40 to $55 almost everywhere else! ... I am glad I asked for the amount before blindly tapping off my card !!!
