I'm a local guy from point cook,This fuel station is very reliable, fantastic  customer service  by smiley. cheerful and helpful. friendly customer service from staff. Fuel price is higher these days normally this used to be the lowest price comparatively with others.hopefully,will be the cheapest again.overall  its a good experience.

Brilliant customer service, lower shop and petrol prices. Pumps are a bit slow but attendants are very helpful which more than makes up for this. Also always have great promo specials  in shop and have recently lowered prices even further.

I filled my car with 91 unleaded on the weekend, later my car is struggling to run, (running very rough) $600.00 later after having to drain contaminated fuel from my car, change spark plugs & clean the carbi out just to get my car running normal again.
I will never use united fuel again from united stations as the fuel I received was contaminated. I am now hoping & seeking I will get all my costs back from this station for the repairs & the cost of the fuel. The stress this ordeal has put me through getting my car back up & running properly
Will never touch united fuel again

So previously I was happy with this perol station hyowever this morning buying diesel oil and needing help was clearly too difficult for the attendant. sitting in their parking bay for 15 mins trying to sort my oil with no help but to be watched through the window. I miss old petrol stations where they would help you with these kinds of things. Where as customer service gone? 
Good petrol station always clean and friendly service but can be more expensive than others
