Says open at 5am currently sitting waiting for anyone to turn the court lights on it is now 5.10am and I'm late for work no sign of workers. Update it's now 5.20am and I'm still waiting in darkness there are workers instore but there's no urgency to whatever they're doing in there. If you open at 5am you should stick to it as a gas station you are a transportation business and need to be reliable,
if you are trying to run down this business you are doing a good job. the staff have to be called out of the back room to get any service, the coffee machine is continually without small cups and is broken more times than it is serviceable, it hasn't been functional at all the past week, does any body care??? When the lady called Vanessa was in charge it was a pleasure to go there,and it was spotlessly clean..This joint needs a shakeup..Regards Ray Wright..
Very clean , great coffee with loyalty card , love variety of choice of products. Toilets are filth , petrol is usually a good price. Pumps are dirty and no paper towel and never any fresh window wash.
Always friendly service only exception here I would Have to say is the regular expensive price of fuel As soon as you get off the freeway at point cook road all service stations in this area seem To suffer from the 10c a litre price jump which is actually more by the time you calculate the time it takes to get to any of these service stations on point cook road in that traffic it works out even more but at least your greeted with a smile
Racist business. Pulled into this ampol to use the atmx which is a anz partnered atm. My vehicle is registered for Id and I offered to give the lady my driver's licence and vehicle keys for security so I can use the atm for work purposes at 11.30pm. Got told no but as I was leaving she allowed another customer of her own Indian ethnic background to enter the store after fueling their car. Oh that's right it can't be racist because I'm white
Simply overpriced. No matter if you are after fuel, snacks, smokes, drinks,.. Anything you buy here is usually a fair bit cheaper on other servos in the area

Filled fuel n had some food from their foodary. Fuel is bit expensive compared to other servos.
Fuel prices are ridiculous, and some of the lights need fixing as they flash every 3 seconds. But I guess it's in a convenient area.
Staff do not know what they are doing. Had to wait 10 mins to be told that they can not work out how to provide the fuel discount. Staff needs more training and if you can avoid this Caltex than do so.
