I recently had an excellent experience at this gas station. The staff was extremely friendly and happily scanned my rewards card, ensuring I got the best deal possible on ULP98 fuel. The station is well-maintained and conveniently located on a nice corner. I highly recommend this gas station to anyone looking for high-quality fuel and great service.
Always friendly service only exception here I wouldnHave to say is the regular expensive price of fuelnAs soon as you get off the freeway at point cook road all service stations in this area seemnTo suffer from the 10c a litre price jump which is actually more by the time you calculate the time it takes to get to any of these service stations on point cook road in that traffic it works out even more but at least your greeted with a smile
Their scanning machine always has issues and can’t scan the AmpolCash card. Staff are not well trained to deal with issues. I was even told “ we don’t accept Everyday Rewards card” shocking!
bought ampolcash gift card but they didn't activate it. bad service, rude staff, sneaky manager Dan. glad it was closed. not sure it is permanently. google still says it is open.
if you are trying to run down this business you are doing a good job. the staff have to be called out of the back room to get any service, the coffee machine is continually without small cups and is broken more times than it is serviceable, it hasn't been functional at all the past week, does any body care??? When the lady called Vanessa was in charge it was a pleasure to go there,and it was spotlessly clean..This joint needs a shakeup..Regards Ray Wright..
