Lovely restaurant hidden away from the crowd with brilliant dishes and great service! So yummy that I'd love to have everything on their menu by my tummy can only fit in so much! The chef came a couple times to check if food was ok, even though we loved it enough to clear the plates! Being right next to the library and hidden away at the back, it isn't easy to find for the first time. Would definitely come back in the future and is highly recommended!
Very happy with it - surpassed my expectations. I had the risotto as a main, and the tasty rocket salad, plus the buffalo ricotta waffle cones as an entree which were a nice surprise. Normally I'm not a fan of risotto, but this was delicious. My uncle said it was the best Tiramisu he'd ever had in Sydney. Definitely recommend this as a somewhat hidden gem for those who enjoy quality food, and I will be going back to sample more of the menu.
We ate here on a not so busy Saturday night. Starters were really good and you couldn't fault the service. The mains - now that's another story. 1 of the party ordered fries and they were the worst fries ever. My seafood dish had little fish - it was really a plate of spaghetti and the 3rd dish which was a Ragu had no flavour. We'd been here a few times previously over that last year and it was OK. Maybe the chef had a bad night on this particular Saturday!
Bit hard to find this italian restaurant as hidden away. Food seemed authentic. Wait staff and most of clientele also appeared to be italians which is always a good sign Eggplant parmigiana was great. Risotto was flavoursome but quite salty. Pasta was good as was tiramisu. Not amazing but good meal overall.
Attended with a large group of family. Food was horrible and overly salty. For the price, expected fresh pasta and instead it was cheap tasting packet pasta.Chicken was reheated and not fresh. We all left thirsty due to the excessive salt and bloated for the entire weekend. Worst italian i have had.
Always a pleasure to dine here. Fabio's dishes delight the senses, beautiful to look at and fabulous to taste. He is a magician. So lovely to have Italian dishes with a twist, a whole new experience.
Lovely Italian in quiet location away from the busy road, perfect for a family with younger kids to sit in the terrace area. Delicious kids menu and nice wine list too. Food was also excellent!
Love it love it love it! The best Italian food i had in Sydney! It is simple, tasty, home made. It warms your soul. Thats what Italian food should be like.
Loved the meals, so simple and delicious. Plenty of delicious vegetarian options for the vegetarians out there. Enjoy pesto pastas, grilled fish, and the salads are yummy.
