After charging for receiving my script by fax the pharmacist gave me the wrong dosage, when I returned to correct the prescription he was patronising in tone saying "how am I supposed to know how much you need". The problem was not just the error, but the refusal to remedy it or acknowledgement that there was an error in the first place "how am I supposed to know that three times daily means three times every day"
