We needed a first aid item and remembered this was open late night, a customer had gone through the doors i walked up and the doors were shut, their were lights on and a couple in there. I knocked and looked over apparently it closed 2 mins ago and clearly no one was going to ask if they could help. Shocking customer service  actually no service at all.  I have kept clear of this chemist because i had had a previous bad experience however this experience has made it clear   This unichem is not looking to give great customer care  or do they give great service. Thanks for no help and no service i recommend any other pharmacy in Taupo.
