Darcy helped us to remortgage so that we could buy out our business partners.  His advice and help along the way was both professional and efficient, while at the same time humorous and approachable.  When banks, money and finance do not come naturally to you, Darcy cuts through all the complication and makes it all seem so clear and simple.  

In our initial meeting, Darcy really took the time to understand our situation, business and future goals.  He then helped us to better understand where we were at, what was possible and were we could go from here.  It was like mortgage broking and financial therapy all rolled into one.  Definitely grateful that we were introduced to Darcy and his team.

Darcy you’ve done it again!
Following a very positive experience using Darcy’s services to buy our home in 2007 we recently asked Darcy to assist with procuring an investment property. Darcy provided expert advice and clear guidance in a friendly and humorous manner which made the process of buying property seem straight forward and stress free. Darcy was also able to negotiate very competitive interest rates and even cash back from the banks which has saved us thousands! I like your work. Thanks Darcy.

Darcy's service was outstanding. We were offered a fantastic mortgage deal under a very tight timeframe. Also as we're both self employed, it wasn't a straight forward approval process. So the fact that we not only easily got approved but that he was able to negotiate a truly amazing finance deal, far better than we had been offered by the bank we approached directly goes to show Darcy really is an expert that knows how to get the best deal for his clients. We'll definitely be using him again in the future. Highly recommended.
