Best experience ever !! 
This shop is just amazing , super experienced,friendly team. Walked in an felt very welcome. Super helpful in finding the right board for me.
After having a look all over the East Coast in different shops I decided to buy the underground fish. 
Made a deposit by email and telephone, super service !!! 
This shop is the shop to go !!!
Surfed the new fish yesterday morning the first time , the water was pretty flat but the fish was just amazing. 
Super happy and thanks again to the whole team of underground surf !!!

Excellent advice and guidance for first time board purchase. Really rated the honesty and authentic concern that we did the right thing when spending such a lot of money. Sound place, great staff. Excellent choice.

Underground are super friendly and helpful. Looked after us and were really cool. If you’re looking for good local knowledge for your grommies (I have a few) they have the word on the street. Highly recommend for board hire and surf gear.

From to Richmond dislikers we have to say that the customer service  is amazing!! both blokes are literally the best two bloke I have come across in a surf shops! I went on 2 separate times and both times exceeded our expectations of how the shop had such a rad environment to be in with mad boards surrounding you everywhere. Frothin to go back❤️❤️
