Both my wife and I where very happy with John snow at the underbank estate and would highly recommend him as he made the whole process buying land a breeze and went above and beyond with all the questions we had
It does feel concerning to be selling land in a flood area, and ripping down trees that help prevent floods! Pity the future owners in some of these zones who haven't checked this. Response- I've been looking at moving to the area and have seen several threads on the local residents page discussing the flood risks and the tree situation, you can easily find these yourself- might be good for you to assuage some concerns there. I also looked at the Moorabool flood map for Bacchus and can see some of the zones are right in the flood area. I was was also warned not to buy there by some lifelong local friends when I started looking at buying in the area due to flooding. As I said I'm doing my due diligence to find the right place. In the time it takes trees to grow- can't you just work around the lovely ones that are there already? Looking for a country move so it did put a downer on the appeal for me.
Great location and place to raise a family. Highly recommended. Pleasure dealing with John.
