Building our first home in Stonehill. Great experience overall. Pleasant and helpful sales person Rebecca helped us through the process, and when an issue arose concerning the land, which wasn't their fault, Stonehill stepped in straight away to resolve it. Love the area, highly recommend.

My mum purchased a block of land with devine its nearly taken a year for the title so be aware as they are selling lots of land stages with no idea when you will get the Title they talk a lot of bullshit  as long as they have the deposit they are happy.
