Just had such a positive experience at this Ultratune. Just needed a small but important job done on my old Jeep, and the guy at the desk took care of it on the spot and generously waived a lot of money, which he didn’t have to do at all. I’ll absolutely be using them for my next service and recommending all over the place.

Had a flat tyre the other day, althought it was almost 5pm, Greg offered to help with no hesitation. He fixed my tyre professionally and checked all safe before I go. Thank you Greg for your kindness and I really appreciate it.

Recently had a radiator replacement in my old Merc 2002 ML270. They were great with communication completed the job without fuss and organised the parts from WA. Hasn't missed a beat since. I even took it for a long drive about 700kms over 2 days straight after.

The Team here are great. They are always professional, courteous, customer friendly. The work done is priced fairly, all work is explained, any unexpected work needed done is first raised with the Client, prior, usually by phone, to seek approval before going ahead. This way, no nasty surprises lurking when it is time to tally up and pay. Most of the work I have had done here has been done within the day of booking. I have exclusively used this Mechanic since purchasing my current vehicle and all work has been carried out to a great standard. They know the car and its history, well. I would have no hesitations in recommending Ultra Tune Southport as a most satisfactory mechanics shop for anyone seeking reliable Service.
