I would give this place a 6/5 if I could. There is NOTHING more you could ask of this company. Knowledgeable, reliable, honest. Really hard to come by these days. When you get sick you go see a doctor. When your car gets sick you have to go see TRS Auto Gold Coast. They're super honest and super speedy. I highly recommend them!

Wow was amazing to talk to the mechanic and be able to understand exactly what was being done and what the costs were and why. They balanced and rotated my tyres, adjusted my handbrake and gave me a report on my brakes and other important things that keep your vehicle safe and running. On top of all that my filthy car came back washed and vacuumed.

Big thumbs down for Toyota Dealer Service... HUGE double THUMBS UP for the crew at TRS. Had my rav4 serviced at Toyota dealer who told me LHR wheel bearing needed replacing and quoted nearly $600 to replace. Rang TRS who quoted me $258 and ordered part in for me. When TRS went to fit the new bearing they couldn’t find anything wrong with the existing one so not only didn’t replace it, they didn’t even charge me for their time. Won’t be going back to Toyota any more... will be going to TRS in future. I don’t normally write reviews (first one) but TRS get a big thumbs up, and a big recommendation from me.
