Close to Bondi beach only a 10 minute walk. Lots of eatery options available close by. Apartment was relatively clean besides the shower the soap scum and mould that hasn’t been scrubbed/scraped off was quite unpleasant. Reception staff very friendly. Relatively quiet. Kitchen is practically inaccessible when the sofa bed is out. Beware of the bed being so close to the bathroom door. I slammed my toes multiple times on the frame coming in and out of the bathroom. If you can get past the flaws it’s a great place and extremely affordable I paid just over $600 for 3 nights over NYE!

Clean  and comfortable.The pool is smallish but hood netherless. No smoking on the property .Good security with locking security gates .We've had some bad experiences in Bondi ,in some more expensive places .Bondi is much more expensive than many other states .So these apartments are reasonable for Bondi . However ,they are unserviced, so your bathroom towel remains wet from day 1 because of the  humidity . The only complaint is that only 2 of the 9 lights didn't work, and none of the lights over the main bed worked .I'm a reader and could not read at night . WiFi only worked spasmodically.

Good value for money. Clean, no frills acomodation. Quiet at night except for Sat. I was able to snooze through the construction noise during the day. 15 minute walk to water's edge. 5 minute walk to restaurants and shops. Bus stop right outside. The upper floor has a bit of view. Room 36 has an excellent hot shower. Good storage. Staff helpful.

The mattresses was really comfortable and it’s in a good location. There was random hair everywhere in the room and above the shower there was a used random shaving head. The bathroom in total just needs to be redone and they need to clean the rooms more. I don’t know anyone who would want to see someone’s hair in their room.Rooms: 1/5

We are a family stayed in 2 rooms on 5th September 2022. It was freezing in the room with only a tiny semi-working heater provided, which stopped working in the middle of night for no reason?!!! This was not the worst part of our stay. We were only after a quiet and relaxing spot to recharge and got ready for our trip next day. Ridiculously, right at 7am in the morning, the construction was going right next to the bed, next door. If i was informed or noted there was construction going on near where we were staying, I would have NO doubt to cancel this accommodation!!!! Absolutely nightmare!!!!!!!!

I called the management yesterday 12/7/22 telling them we’ll check in late as our flight arrival is at 9.45pm. The staff told me they will place the key in the white box outside the office. We arrived at 11.45pm and there’s no key in the white box. We were disappointed and there’s nothing we can do. So we decided to go to other hotel. I called them multiple times today 13/7/22 but no one is picking up the phone. Extremely poor management and difficult to get a refund.

Rooms were perfect for our needs, spotless and super handy to include kitchenette. The hosts were really welcoming and helpful. The location was awesome and just a short walk from the main strip. I had a delightful stay there & will be back again. Thank you for an amazing stay!Rooms: 5/5

Stayed here June 11th and 12th of June absolutely outstanding place Bus leaves and stops right out front 200 metres from our daughters place super clean beautiful bed AAA + if these walls could talk it would make a Cracker Movie Would Definitely Stay AgainRooms: 5/5

This is a really cute and quaint little place.  Not pretentious, just nice and simple, they even have old school simple door keys.  I just got here but I really love it already and will likely come back here on a future trip to Sydney.  I stayed the first part of the week in a really nice high end hotel but it was totally impersonal, this place although not as "nice" wins with personality hands down.  The lady at the front desk was also amazing and personable.  Just a big win.

This place was so perfect for what we needed. Clean and comfy and self contained with a little kitchen. Nice hot showers. My son loved the pool, and all walking distance to Bondi Beach. Such a reasonable rate for the area too. We look forward to visiting Ultimate Apartments Bondi again in future. Very helpful and friendly staff too. Big thumbs up
