Rang ahead and asked if I would be able to have my controlled script processed, after extensive clarification on my part they continually said yes, so I drove an hour on Christmas day to get there and then they refused to release my script. Staff don't know what they're talking about, they could have just listened to my question properly and told me they wouldn't be able to release it over the phone. Almost had to spend Christmas in the ER. I never leave bad reviews but this ruined my Christmas, I hate you Sturt St UFS pharmacy

I will never use UFS again. One of my scripts came in $39 above the normal price & the other came in $19 above. When I questioned the  price I was asked if I was a member, no I’m not & nor will I ever be.nEnjoy that profit because I will not return.

Best Chemist. Stewart is an excellent chemist, bend over backwards for his customers.nThank you to him and his staff.

The Pharmacy team were so helpful and they have friendly staff in the store too. Definitely my favourite Pharmacy in town.

The staff are friendly and helpful. I like the membership they offer to make things a little more affordable.
