Should be called 60 minute or more scripts. Every single time I go there just about it is 60 minutes or more to get scripts processed.nnI was told by a pharmacist today it was my fault for not asking if it was being prepared. I told her I am sick so is my daughter we just want the medication and to go home.nnI then informed her I asked 3 times when it would be ready, but it was actually 4. Once when I put the script in told 20 mins then asked after I left and came back. I spoke to the same male service assistant that first put in the scripts he said it was being done now, it wasn't.nn20 minutes after that I then asked a pharmacy assistant the same woman with glasses twice if it was ready and she said I'll check. She didn't, instead went and served two more customers she kept telling me I'll be back in a tick.nn20 or so minutes later, only when my daughter nearly passed out waiting and the other kids in my care started complaining did I finally get my scripts prepared.nnNames were being called out for 6 different people over and over that weren't even there. Absolutely abhorrent service. Most of the time the pharmacists are too busy talking about their social lives. Shay is the only decent staff member there that I have found cares and helps.nnI'm going elsewhere. No more 60 minute plus scripts for me waiting in pain when told 20 minutes.

The pharmacist wouldnot give my daughter chlorsig eye drops. Pharmacist said it was allergy, clearly it was not as went to another pharmacist who gave it us. Dismissive of my thoughts and past experiences with conjunctivitis. Will not be going back.

Husband has just come out of hospital and was getting pain relief, as prescribed by his surgeon.  We waited for 30 minutes, with my husband in obvious pain.  If there had have been another pharmacist open at 7.30pm, we would have asked for the script back and gone elsewhere.  Terrible service!

UFS pharmacy, translates to; United Friendly Societies.. but they are unfriendly, to the extent; where they are frequently bullies. My doctor has me on a weekly pickup; as a safety precaution. This makes my Tuesdays; usually hellish. The way they scoff at you, gossip about the mentally unwell and addicts and sometimes don't attend to your medication order. They tell me, call and email them at 9am which I did; still not ready at 3pm. I've also, had a handful of times; waiting 1.5 hours, for 3 medications. Yet, they get away with having; at least 12 pharmacies in Ballarat. What's going on?nnUFS ON NOTICE.nMy friend and customer who wishes to remain nameless for fear of repercussions.  I have no fear as im speaking the truth and find it important Ballarat knows what's going on how we treat the vulnerable and those who have no voice.nUFS, i've had enough of your treatment of the mentally unwell,  your distain your disrespect and plane rude ignorance.nMy friend and others I know suffer panic attacks dreading coming in to pick up medication.nThis is no threat because its action im going to take,  I speak up and be the voice my name Nicole means victory of the people.  Im a professional trained in Business advisory and customer service and staff training in customer service,  feel free to contact me and id be willing to develop a package of training right from CEO COMMUNICATION to staff communication, you have clear issues and are talk of the town for all the wrong reasons. 2025 is a new year lets work together and change this unhealthy work culture and look after and empower our vulnerable in the community.  Im looking forward to possible consultation or further discussion in how to step up and be proud of your service as at present its shameful.  Soon there will only be UFS as choice may Eureka Pharmacy owner Mo stand strong and continue to show genuine customer care and concern,  treating mental health clients with dignity and respect, the whole team are brilliant.nIf things dont improve im going to have to make a report about you, we cant have such a chemist of at least 12 pharmacies taking over Ballarat the thought of it makes me shudder.nUnited Friendly Services,  an absolute mistruth, more so United Unfriendly Ignorant Pharmaceutical Service.nnGod help you.nYou dont serve the one star but it was the only way I could post.

Huge HUGE thank you to the lovely girl at the front checkout - Hayley! When I went into UFS today to pick up some pretty important medication, I unfortunately underestimated the price and I was a couple of dollars short. Hayley, without hesitation said she would cover the rest out of her own pocket and for me not to worry! I am so incredibly thankful for that selfless act of kindness, especially when she did not owe me that. Thank you Hayley, you don't know how much that meant!
