Ordered the monsta burger and it was delicious. I got them to place a chicken patty with extra spicy mayo. The chocolate frappe was nice but a bit too much cream. It was worth it ! Didn't really enjoy the fries they were cold and too salty. Good customer service
Food tastes really good, eggs were tiny. For a Cafe food is probably about as good as you can get, pity they don't do table service. Chai was powdered instead of loose leaf brewed which we didn't care for. We ordered an Aussie parma and breakfast bruschetta with a hashbrown
5 Young staff on counter. Only able to manage serving one customer. I waited over a minute, no acknowledgements as others walked past. Finally ordered take away coffee. Only to have coffee maker ignore me while she made the next coffee. Coffee was on the weak side. Was going to order meals and drinks for 3 people, but due to lack of service, we will go somewhere else. It is all in the training and follow up.
Yummy ice cream and cookies. Reasonable price.Wait time is around 5-10 minutes.

Took our grandchildren today. If hospitality is the art of making someone feel at home their young male waiter did it justice. Sadly the poor attitude of the manager put us off. There is a shortage of potatoes which we acknowledge, the supplies ran out after we ordered. We had ordered my granddaughter popcorn chicken and twisted chip kid meal. When the plate arrived 7 tiny popcorn chicken pieces was the dish for $12. The waiter kindly took our concerns to the manager and informed us it had been raised. 7 minutes later out came five minute popcorn chicken pieces. Taking the poor attempt to compensate for no chips the manager proceeded to tell us about the cost of the chicken. When prompted that acknowledging the dish was not as ordered, a poor attempt of an apology was made. Industry standards refer to skills, knowledge and attitude, what we were after was a genuine attempt to acknowledge the concerns and not a barrage of excuses with a ooor attitude. Quality customer service was modelled by the young man, sadly the manager’s response man’s we won’t return.
We went there today for a family breakfast. The manager wasn’t very friendly. We clearly stated with the veg brekkie we wanted scrambled eggs however he gave us poached eggs. When we said this to him he said “the veg option doesn’t come with scrambled only poached.” Their menu clearly states ‘eggs your way.’ Couldn’t be bothered arguing with him because he seemed like the type who always wanted to be right and couldn’t take the fact that he’d got our order wrong. We also wanted the hot drinks together with our meal but he gave us the drinks after the meal had finished I had to remind two staff members about our drinks too. Finally, he brought the wrong coffee- I had ordered latte and he gave me a cappuccino. I’ve regularly gone to this place for a few years and I must say the quality and portion of the food has decreased immensely whilst the prices continue to rise. Not to mention the not so friendly manager. Happy to say today was officially the last day for our family to eat at twisted sista fountain gate top level near coles.
Today is the first time I’ve ever been charged money for having my coffee in the store. An extra .90c per person. I understand rise in costs but seriously? Not to mention they charge an extra $1.50 for their gluten free hot chocolate. As docile with coeliac who just ordered a gluten free food item with a mocha, I’m very concerned as to what they put in the mocha, as that hasn’t been listed as having a GF option and I’m not mortified that it’s not been clarified on their menu, or by the staff. There’s also a handling fee. So you’re essentially being charged an extra 50c for even making the order. Coffee itself was $5. With all these extra charges that aren’t mentioned until you read your receipt you’d be better off with a Maccas brew.
Very bad experience, icecream very disappointing, being $7.5. Barley any ice cream. The guy litterally put the least amount of ice cream in each cone. They were serving kids scoops in waffle cones. We have been going there for many years but will no longer as this is been hapoening recently. Very greedy owner and management!
Disappointed! Ordered an extra-hot hot chocolate & a flourless brownie not heated - I received a luke warm hot Choc & a luke warm brownie! Lovely Waitress offered to get the hot Choc heated up more, but it came back barely warmer……not happy!
