We made an order. While looking through the menu we noticed several spelling mistakes and typos throughout. We laughed it off and ordered our food, we should have taken it as a warning for what was to come. The coffee was decent which was nice. Then the food came. My partners food, which was eggs on toast, was cold and the bread was obviously not great quality. The mushrooms tasted so rubbery and sour that it was obviously tinned in vinegar or something to preserve them. Then my omelette... It tasted like a melted frying pan handle. After each bite I felt more sickly - I'm the kind of person that eats anything but after feeling sick after a few bites and tasting nothing but plastic and vinegar, we packed up and left. Terrible.
I go here once a week for breakfast as a small treat for myself. Food is reasonably priced, good portions and usually very fast and steaming hot. Staff are courteous and attentive to my needs. Please keep up the good work!
Always a good spot to go. Been lots of times. Affordable food & nice atmosphere. Has everything you could want on the menu. However the food comes out really quickly and I don't know if that's a good thing or a bad thing.. and the cups are never clean, you'll always see marks on them. Overall, has not disappointed so far.
My friends and I had brunch here today 22/2 for the first time and I should say food was just fair, pancake not appetizing, didn’t like it at all, the high chair was so dirty and it looks like hasn’t been clean for a while. And most of all when I asked for a take away container to take home my left over, the service crew has given me a dirty old take away container instead, very disgusting for a restaurant, my partner has complained that the take away box was old and dirty and we were given a new styrofoam instead, didn’t have friendly crew either, not worth to eat. I don’t recommend this place to others.
Very rude staff. We ordered breakfast thinking we'd give it a go. Most average food ive ever had! Very plain and the avocado is not fresh whatsoever. Will never go back. Will never recommend.
Used to go to this cafe every morning for work coffees.....then management changed. A colleague asked if they had changed coffee brands the reply he received was "If you don't like it there are plenty of other cafe's around" Don't you worry we will not be back! Food is not fresh and the Customer service is disgusting. Go to Metioric Cafe next door!!
Ordered breakfast and a coffee. Breakfast came... nothing special. Waited for the coffee. Waited for the coffee. Went and asked where my coffee was. Was told they were making it now. Waited for my coffee. Noticed the girl who was supposedly making my coffee wondering around. Went to the counter to be told that they didn't put my coffee through and then wanted to charge me for it again. Unfortunately I didn't get a receipt so couldn't argue at that point but ok lesson learned. Don't trust these guys as far as you can throw them.
Worst service and food ever! I wouldn't recommend this place to an enemy.....if I were u I'd rather go to either of the shops next door.
Staff always friendly and food is fantastic.
