Twin nails/ Kilmore

Since they have changed owners by far the worse place I have been. I asked for acrylic French tip almond shape & I had to walk out embarrassed and to come home and soak them off.Services: Manicure

Usually they’re pretty good but today I had a male nail tech and after being burnt multiple times by the drill bit he swapped with another male tech who didn’t listen to what I was saying and made my nails longer and more pointy than I asked for and made fun of my request. Other than that they’re a good little salon.Service: Dip powder

Truamatising experience here....warning blood below in case squeamish. There was miscommunication about what I wanted, tbh I am quite new to nails and I was hoping for some friendly help. When I realised I wasn't getting what I thought the lady started filing my nails but was quite rough, she completed one hand before swapping with a male colleague who was very gentle but was uncomfortable with what the other lady had left behind..my nails and skin bleeding. I quickly ran out of there with my nails bleeding for hours. I think they are capable of great service but I can't get over the straight up roughness and lack of care for another person

Excellent quality nails, i had my nails on for a good 6 weeks before 1 broke and that was because I was mucking around with my friend. They are really strong. Customer service at twin nails is remarkable. I got my nails redone yesterday and I’m obsessed, thank you so much

10.45am app for refill. The woman did such an awful jib the other girl could not fix it so she soaked them off for a fresh set. She was just as useless. When she finally finished, it is now 1.45pm! She tells me they don't have the sheer colour base coat for French! I ended up leaving with bare nails and going to Anna Nails near woolworths and had to pay her to fix them and paint them. This whole ordeal did not end until 2.20pm!!! To make matters worse the Salon is filthy and smells and the girls are rude!Service: Manicure

I have been coming here for two year and it was always consistent until the beginning of this year. Old staff left, new staff came in. It is now just a rush job and even with an appointment, they say yes to every walk in and will push you aside and keep you waiting a very long time. I'm all for supporting local businesses as I originally gave them a 5 star review but after today and the past 2 visits, I've had to downgrade it to a two star only and I won't be a returning customer.

Disgusted really, not just in the service but in the pricing they don’t have prices anywhere, they don’t speak to you like humans, matter of fact they don’t speak to you at all! Would not recommend to anyoneService: Manicure
