Lancefield Day Spa

Unfortunately my experience wasn't the same as the rest of the reviews. I received a voucher as a gift and went in to use only to be told my voucher isn't valid as I had been a previous no show, unfortunately I had never booked before but the lady behind the counter assured me that it had been booked and not used. What I didn't understand is that if I had in fact been booked in for a massage and wasn't there why they wouldn't call to say your late for your massage?????? I was told I was sent an email but have gone through all of my emails backdating to when I was told I was a supposed no show and there is no email there. The most disappointing bit was the way I was just dismissed firstly after being told the voucher was invalid but not even asked if I still wanted to pay for the massage I had booked in i was pretty much just sent on my way. So 1 star for bad customer service and also a $150 voucher that was never ever booked thrown down the toilet what a waste. Saddest bit is I received another voucher for Christmas as did my mother in law but these will both be given back to gifter as I wouldn't ever return after the way I was treated.

Had a wonderful seasonal facial totally relaxing. Lee is wonderful she is friendly, caring and great at what she does. I would highly recommend.
