Really great to deal with! Purchased a car but the battery didn’t hold charge so they replaced it straight away no questions asked. Easy to deal with.

We have had great experiences with Turners in the past. And bought our 2014 Mazda 6 from there 4 years ago Hamilton branch.Today however at the Palmerston North branch we had a very negative experience. We test drove a Mazda 2 advertised at $6490, when we went to leave to think about it the sales agent offered us the vehicle for "$6000 flat" we went away to discuss this lowered price. 10 minutes later after researching similar vehicles online we were happy with that price. Upon returning to buy the vehicle we were told that this offer no longer stands as another party were coincidentally interested and were going to buy it for full price. We asked to speak to the manager who had a dreadful attitude stating that there's no way they would sell the car for $6000 and failed to understand what the issue was, clearly lacking any integrity or regard for customer satisfaction. The sales agent denied offering that price despite all 3 of us hearing it numerous times as we negotiated. The vehicle is still advertised so clearly there were no other buyers, but even if there was another buyer lined up it's terrible business practice to offer a price and not honour it. Buyer beware.
Very happy customer. Even though i got my car on auction. Very speedy auction no hassels, spit on your hand, Done/deal Warrant up to 2022, including Rego. They supply A small history about car, quite efficent paper work. If one thing I've learnt. Ask questions, im sure turners staff would be happy to give you answers. Staff are welcoming when i walked in. There were a lot of cars to choose from. In price ranges and in catalogue. Love there ad on tv. Hense is why i went there in the first place. Im so happy i did. I brought my dream car, A fair price. Didnt brake the bank account lol. I wouldnt hesitate to go back if i wanted to buy another car. HANDSUP, TO TURNERS CARS PALMERSTON NORTH.

Always got a car or two here that catches my interest when I visit. U cn get a list of cars coming up for auction from the reception so u can take it home to read through in the comfort of your home.
Really helpful staff. Got a good car at a reasonable price.

Recently purchased a vehicle. I brought it with a full WOF and was told it didn't need to be serviced for another year at least. I took it to get a service because I thought something was wrong, Unfortunately i was told I have no brake pads at all on my rear wheels and I'm lucky I took it in. Staff are friendly but this doesn't make me feel any more at ease knowing vehicle are being sold like this. Spent extra money on a vehicle that I was assured was safe to drive.
Staff were competent,but not over - friendly. I felt like I was just a numbet
