I went to turners cars to test drive a car I found online. The whole team, from reception to car salespeople to managers, was very kind and helpful. They had the best customer service I've seen at a used car dealership. I got to test drive two cars: the one I made the appointment for and an additional car I saw on the lot during my appointment. Both cars were good quality and well-priced! I ended up buying the car I made the appointment for, but I'm glad I got to try both before committing. The paperwork and processing went by very quickly and smoothly. Just be prepared to sign a lot, if you do end up buying one of their many great cars! 10/10, would recommend

I recently bought a car at the Turners Cars Palmerston North branch, and the experience was exceptional. All the staff were knowledgeble, super helpful, proactive and courteous.nnIn particular, LT was lovely to deal with, and Bobby really went out of his way to look after me. This included rectifying an undetected problem with the car, getting the vehicle to me as efficiently as possible after purchase, and following up after the sale with a follow-up call to see how things were going.

I had a great experience at turners. They are extremely helpful and kind. Took the time to answer my questions and was such an easy and quick process! Reliable and amazing. Recommend anyone buying a car, definitely buy from here. So happy with my first car!

I was really impressed with the way Bobby presented himself and the company, I entered the dealership knowing what i wanted and the price I was willing to pay and Bobby just made it happen. Nothing was a problem. Thanks team for your efficient work!

Turners are a great company but there is an exception, Palmerston North Branch who will tell you anything you want to hear to get you onsite. Promises are regularly broken with out reguard for the customer at all.  Very sorry of course but words are so cheep. What they cost the customer in time, money and incovienence is of no consequence. This is not a one time experience for me but it will be the last. I will now be wary of the whole organisation. Ryan, Karl, congretulations you,ve soured a 40 +year customer, tell your manager that.
