Send 3 days ago information re Trade in Came to the yard today, did not ask which kind of car I was interested in. Told him my trade in. Bluntly said not interested, sell it on trade me. I told him did you receive the info I send you? Acknowledged it, but not interested. At least he could inform me before I made the trip from out of town.

Cheap and good quality cars here. I regretted not coming here before purchase my first car, but definitely will do on my second one soon.

Found a car that I liked and put down deposit, as had driven a friend's car. Needed to get alternative transport to be able to uplift. Am doing that this day with help from James.

James and Dara are very pleasant and friendly to deal with however they adhere to head office. They do not go out of there way for a sale , what you see is what you get. They also ask for holding fee unlike other car dealers who shake on it and offer sale price if you return later. If you pay holding price of $100 it will not be credited on your eftpos instead it gets sent through to claims for authorisation from Japan and can take week or two and many phone calls. I personally think that you should look around and see what other car dealers offer. I got same car from reputable Toyota dealer that offers all bells and whistles plus more.

James is the most sweetest person.  Unlike most dealers out there, he was very honest about everything. He answered all of my questions, doubts, etc., without getting annoyed. Bless his heart! And he isn’t hungry for sales, he just wants to make sure the customer is satisfied. Beautiful soul. Thanks James : I am very happy with my purchase. Both James and Dara made the process very smooth and easy. Thank you!

Friendly staff, however could've been a cpl more staff to help especially with their Reopening. Overall service was brilliant. Thank you !!! This was Saturday. I picked up my 2006 Toyota Wish yesterday James washed my car, brand new 2018 number plates and brand new battery in it. Amazing service and Jessica very very efficient in what you do. Cheers guys

Friendly, helpful. Easy transition, no mucking around, good website when applying for finance, so easy. Not pushy.very happy with the car and price, cheaper to finance here then a lot of other car sales who have so many hidden costs. V carter

Bought a car this week and found the process really easy. James and Jessica were both very helpful and we didn't feel pressured into buying. Found a car that was in good condition and reasonable in price, in fact cheaper than we can see it on sale elsewhere in NZ. And the car came with free hats haha! All round a good experience and I would recommend them if you are looking for a reliable car that is also affordable. Thanks!
