My husband and I have just spent four nights at Turkey's Nest from 4-8 November, 2013.
What a delightful hideaway it is. Our batteries are really re-charged and we can't wait to go back.
Our cottage was so welcoming, hidden in the rainforest. It is cool on the mountain so we lit a log fire each night. What a bonus to sit there and talk, drink, eat and relax in this environment. 
A huge bonus was NO television.
We loved the bird life and the big fat possum who came to visit us.
Rose makes the best truffles, and together with a nightly port, we were in paradise.
What a great find, and what a great birthday treat.
