Great hotel close to everything we needed.

Very small rooms. Modern decor. Very good value for money. Close to lygon St Melbourne university and Melbourne central. Great location. A little noisy. Would recommend for a good value stay. Cafe is OK. Would recommend eating out nearby though. Rating of Eight or of ten. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location, clean and comfortable beds. Booked a family room and was pretty happy to see it's actually two regular rooms with a private adjoining corridor. Will definitely be using tune for my next stay.

Tiny room, no fridge or even a kettle, missing a sheet on the bed. I genuinely feel that someone has built a huge building full of tiny hotel rooms to make maximum profits with minimum effort. there is no soul or flow to this place. plenty of other cheaper hotels that have feeling

Is a nice and small hotel. The service is good but the rooms are quite small. On the other hand is a cheap option to spend some nights.
