WORST. SERVICE. EVER. Booked a cottage for my parents weeks later after my booking they send me an email which was sent to my junk and said they had made a mistake and the cottage was already booked by someone else instead they wanted my parents to downgrade to a room that was nothing like the one I had paid for, after countless times of trying to contact them via phone and arrange for something to be done about it, manager kept hanging up on me or ignoring my calls instead she’d just call me and never ONCE tried to fix the issue like a matured business person, ended up having to get a re fund because they weren’t being co operative at all instead I just got a bunch of rude texts telling me not to call them about the issue. Disgusting service never again will I ever book with them.

MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT.  Uneven stairs and pathway to cottage, Cottage was dirty, so much dust I wrote a message to the cleaner in it.  One of the worst cabins I have ever stayed in.
