Nasty owners : I will never go back there and if I were you would do the same.

Do you think we, Australian lack "good customer service" compare to the rest of the world?

As a customer, when you visit a store, you should expect to be treated with respect and if you raise complain, the matter is dealt with good manners and curtesy by shopkeeper/ owners.

I live locally  to TSG  lakefront Ave-Beeliar and Sometimes I buy my smokes from this shop. Must say never dealt with shop keeper as rude as this one. They are embarrassment to TSG frenchise company. 

It all started with a very silly mistake of being given a wrong type of  Cigarettes.
I went there the next day to tell them but the guy instead of apologizing put the blame back on me and telling me that "I am the one asked for wrong cigarettes" and told me " you can't proof he has made a mistake", da....

I told him I know what I smoke and  he has given me JPS blue instead of Silver and least he can do is take the ownership of his mistake. 

The man kept telling me  off and  with his broken English saying NO, you asked for this cigarettes. So I said check your camera if you don't believe me. So this went on and on. 

Truly it was an unnecessary conversation but it became a matter of principle for me. I was annoyed by how I was treated rather than getting the wrong cigarettes.

TSG or any other franchise company should provide ongoing customer service training  to its franchisees if they want to keep their reputation.

These people have no right to be behind counters serving people.
They don't even deserve 1 star.
Shame on them for treating people like this.
