Wow as soon as I entered the store I was greeted by the staff with smiles and it made me feel so welcome, Max and Hayden were amazing in helping me pick out a new waterpipe. Will definitely recommend this store to my friends .

Last two visits to This store has been the worst customer service experience in retail since I can remember! Dude that runs the show with the specs and the attitude problem - Id be concerned for business if he did run it as you are my desperate go to when other local on online retailers cannot deliver!!!!

i'm a repeat customer of this store, the service from a young lad named "H" is just excellent, ive given 4 stars because the prices can be cheaper elsewhere but i still come down to this store regardless for my vaping/smoking needs.  Again, "H" is a good lad

Quick to ask if you need help Ask these guys a question and you can expect a condescending response...but perseverance and patience will get you what you need at a reasonable retail price. when they get back from lunch that is. Dave's not here... again. So very bong shop, Duuuude.

I was treated by Tegwyn and Tanika and they helped me so much with finding the right stem/cone piece/body that I was astounded at their talents guys definitely visit the store and if Ur lucky these two will help you!
