Horrible customer service - archaic inconvenient practices. Worst bank in NZ. No accountability whatsoever for poor standards or practices. Slow machines. Hassles. Hobson's choice only option. Aussie banks more customer-focused, more progressive and more convenient. NZ customer service fails to the lowest standard of most Western countries. They can't get away with it with me. I refuse to do business with these standards. I know the difference and can compare.
