Great staff, very helpful, feels like a local bank nice and personal.
Bank somewhere else. The positive, the bank it is quiet compared with others. They gave me a credit card with 0 interest 18 month. After a few month they cancel the 0 and i had to pay interest. Today i had some money taken out of my account, some payments and i went to the bank. You cannot sort out this in the branch you have to call a number. I had the some problem with lloyds and they sorted in the branch. 30 minutes later sitting in my car still waiting for somebody to answer the phone.
Christine at TSB Plymouth was extremely helpful to me today, even though I do not bank with them. She went out of her way to explain issues with certain aspects of the banking system and made more than one phone call to sort out a problem which resulted in her client receiving funds in a timely manner. Thank you Christine - excellent service.
Staff very unhelpful after shutting other branches i now have to attend this one a dread going in always spoken down to. Asked personal questions in the queue with people around you able to listen unprofessional. Also I thought banks where there to pay money in to your account not this one so if you wanted to I wouldn't bother. I know its difficult with covid but with someone who has had to work all the way through it and to be spoken down to by staff I think its disgusting.
Well if you have taken a loan 2 years ago, the APR was 29%.... today its 2.4% or something similar. In these days of a virus, money is off course important so TSB offer a payment holiday, catch is you get charged an extra months payment on top of your loan.. In a word, appalling.

Disgusting service from the security. My husband went to get change for my business today and the security refused to let him in and wouldn't give him change. So now how do I get change for my business
Very helpful staff nothing to much trouble.
