The amount of money they are charging for an overnight stay doesn’t match the facilities provided and service levels. There’s no way this is a $350/night hotel. Parking they say is theirs but isn’t, and it’s not available at all if you happen to arrive late around midnight. There’s no concierge that you would expect at that price level. You need to park down the road and wheel your bags back to the hotel. There’s no leaving them at reception because the 24/7 reception is not staffed and a person appears only when you arrive then just as quickly disappears. The breakfast is nice but again isn’t included at this price level. You get a discount voucher. What is this?!? At this price level this is supposed to be a higher end hotel but everything they do including these vouchers feels cheap and underwhelming. In the morning at 7-7:30am I was woken up by a garbage truck collection what sounded like right outside the window. It might as well be a roadside motel I’ve stayed in nicer and better serviced motels. Not happy and will never stay here again.
Really enjoy our stay, food was lovely. Amazing breakfast. Good staff, very clean and good location. We will go again
We are from Sudney & staying for six nights January 2025.nThe apartment level 11 - top floor is huge, two toilets etc.nIt could have been two or even three bedrooms. nThe staff are very friendly. The smart controls are not great as power switches off without motion so phones fail to charge. nAlso the air conditioning takes skill to change. The staff say you cannot change it but you CAN. nThe prepaid breakfast became repetitive for 6 nights as there's only four choices. I only liked two. Not an issue though.nTRYP Wyndham is great, we recommend it & we would stay again.
Spent 7 night here , receptionist were very polite and friendly, the room was exceptionally clean, most comfy bed and super comfy pillows I have every used.nNothing was a problem for housekeeping, just a call away.nJust a short walk to Rundle mall, bus service at front door.nHighly recommend for any length of stay.nMy room even had a separate bath and shower.
