The hotel is in a great location, the rooms are incredibly spacious and well designed. The staff are phenomenal and go above and beyond to assist. The roof top pool is STUNNING. The hallways are all a deep moody blue that feels luxurious as you walk to your room. Highly recommend staying here if you're in Adelaide.
At the 18th floor, we could see the whole beautiful view of Adelaide’s central.nThe staffs are very nice and efficient.nThere is a pool and few gym equipment pretty new, we enjoyed them.nThe room has quite basic amenities although the price for the double beds room was quite high. What we didn’t like the most was the toilet, it lacks of ventilation and there is a gap under the bathroom’s door which causes uncomfortable feeling when hearing people doing business inside.
I travel a lot for work and the Crown sets a new benchmark for quality, experience, and kindness.nnThe room was phenomenal, spacious, and super high ceilings. The bed was incredibly comfortable, sheets amazing. Room service each day was amazing, they left little notes, everything in the apartment was extremely clean. The remote felt like they were cleaned and sanitised each day.nnMy stay included the breakfast buffet on level 10, a freshly made omelette or eggs Benedict, fresh juice, cheeses, pastries, fruit, yoghurt, bacon, pancakes, waffles, mushroom, baked beans, hashbrowns, scrambled eggs. Given the sun rises so late, not much was open when I woke up and went for my walks. As a Queenslander the breakfast was a sabing grace.nnThe gym has treadmills, bikes, proper rpm setups, pilates balls, dumbells
Stayed here for 4 nights. Room was clean and tidy. All staff were helpful and friendly.nnBreakfast was awesome, it has children section complete with marshmallows and chocolate dip!nnLocation was great as well just nearby Adelaide Botanical Garden.nnThe only downside for me personally was this hotel is completely cashless, so for someone like me who likes to bring cash, it’s a bit hard.nnOverall it was great experience, recommended hotel for everyone!
We stayed 2 nights , breakfasts were great and the dinner we had a the Japanese restaurant was nice . But .. the dinning room was FREEZING COLD . So old that people were changing tables , eating long puffer coats , thick wooden jackets , blankets on their knees . It was very unpleasant . Even sitting as far away as possible from the VERY large windows with the beautiful view , did not make it any better . Adelaide gets cold in winter … and these windows either need blinds or curtains or some sort of serious heating . The reception was lovely and warm , as was the rest of the hotel . Dinning room was very cold !!!!!!nThis needs fixing . I was not the only one complaining .
