Amazing massage and facial, steam room and sauna. The facilities are beautiful. Disappointing to see two negative reviews from several years ago appearing at top of the page as it gives a poor impression; especially given the time lapsed. I had no such experience and I see many more recent positive reviews. I highly recommend Trumps.
Will never go back. I had a similar experience to another reviewer here. I booked via a gift voucher and when booking asked to switch one of the services. All seemed fine on the phone but when I got there they had cut my session from 3 hours down to 2hours + 20 mins. When I said that wasn’t what was agreed I was very aggressively spoken to. I could also hear the woman behind the counter talking loudly about me and accusing me of lying. This resulted in me crying before my treatment even began. Not a very good start. Treatment was ok but definitely not a 5 star experience. I was offered no tea or water. No robes. The room is in a noisy salon so you can hear hairdryers and loud discussion, and the massage was just ok. It says on the website that there is also access to pool and steam room etc but that was never offered to me. I won’t go back. Save your money for a professional salon who don’t treat their customers like thieves. Shame on you.
Recently went in for a facial and prenatal massage. Having worked in the beauty industry for 15 years I'd rate the massage at a 3/10. The therapist was lovely but the training in bodywork techniques just wasn't there. The facial was fine but nothing to write home about. The one star is mainly due to what happened when I went by the front desk to pay afterwards. I had booked the appointment over email and mentioned in some detail that I was using a gift voucher as the gift voucher had originally been purchased for a specific treatment package and I wanted to know if I could use the amount on other services. When I pulled out the gift voucher to hand over I was told quite rudely that I hadn't mentioned that I had a gift voucher on booking - not true. When I replied that I had the response was a very curt: "no, you didn't". Besides the fact I have proof that I did mention it, this exchange felt unprofessional and unnecessarily abrasive. Will never go back.
I have never enjoyed massages, until I went to Trumps Day Spa. Three months ago I had the perfect relaxation massage and facial by Siobhan, and yesterday it was followed by a massage and facial by Marta which left my skin glowing and I felt perfectly relaxed and rejuvenated. A relaxation massage is the perfect way to reward yourself for all the hard work you do. Don't be mean to yourself - you deserve a massage, and top it off with a facial. They even have a hairdresser, so you can end the afternoon with a blow-dry and then go out feeling beautiful for a night out. The staff make the effort to make you feel relaxed and welcome. The surroundings are lovely and the little touches, like invigorating tea and nibbles, give you a luxury experience. I will definitely go back and enjoy their pampering again soon. Miriam
Yet another incredible hour and a half a trumps. The interior is flawless, the staff always energised and the service second to none! Keep up the great work, you've got a loyal client forever! Can't wait to see your dog at my vet clinic Southern Cross Vet in Bellevue Hill soon too
Anyone who visits this day spa will be blown away by the professional @ ambiance. From start to finish it was quite the experience for a day spa . I haven’t been for a while but I’ll definitely be back very soon . The place looks expensive , from experience it’s great value and inline with any other day spa Such a beautiful place .
Punctual, professional and lovely staff. A really peaceful and soothing environment. I had an amazing and relaxing morning. I'm definitely looking forward to going back.
This is my go to place when I want to spoil myself with a facial and a massage. It's such a relaxing and gorgeous space.
Amazing massages, great service. And the owner/manageress is totally lovely and does everything she can to make your experience even more wonderful.
Great relaxing spa, fantastic massage, a good place to relax and unwind, highly recommend it
