I cannot recommend this family run business enough. From the authentic down to earth, courteous and efficient communication to the best wheel alignment I’ve had. The steering wheel is actually set to centre as it should be after an alignment. Awesome experience all round. Keep it up guys.

My son had front end new offset bearings and associated work done in August last year and by Jan the LHS had failed/ totally disintegrated. Thought he had done an axle seal, but when getting the repair done found all the damage. When replaced at another business for parts and labour seals etc… at $1k using the same bearing supplied by Truetrack, BUT putting in the required shim this time so when torqued up didn’t bind. How could you miss such a fundamental part. Shims in this time at an unexpected expense and all Truetrack did was fob my son off saying he must have hit something. Incorrect bearing fitment with binding bearings is inexcusable. I’m told you’re a good business, but really disappointed and could have been catastrophic at Highway speed. Don’t fob off young people because you can. Definitely do not recommend them.

Cannot recommend enough reconfigure my coromal ezy tow was crabbing and chopping tyres since new even coromal recommended just buy new tyres everyone else could not fix

I've been there before. Just had some work done so i was expecting to need a fresh wheel and balance. But the work has been delayed my end. But the wheel balance and alignment has deff been the best. I travel from Perth area to go there.

So came here to get my suspension looked at because of the reviews. Tyre shop couldn't get it right with brand new BFGs.  Saved me money by changing only what was needed. Took their time to get it right.  Just dove the 100ks home and it feels brand new. Solid, no wheel play, drives straight. 100% recommend. Thanks to Ian and his crew. Great job!

Great friendly knowledgeable and professional service on our tandem off road caravan.

Great service and excellent job on our 22' Caravan which had scrubbed out tyres after only 7000km. Might sound strange but I was relieved to hear that it was out by 14mm and crabbing along behind. No wonder it was scrubbing tyres.

Thanks Ian for a great job well done on our fiver. 25mm out on the camber means no more scrubbed out tyres. This goes to show that when buying new fivers and then loading up to specs you'll have to get wheel aligning done as the axles are zero levelled at tare weight.
