If I could give these guys 0 stars I would. My mum took her car in there for a full service where she has gone for 3 years, they reversed her car into something and damaged it so it had to go to the panel beaters which left her without a car for a few days, 6 weeks later, her motor was blown, they should’ve known that something was wrong if they just did a service on it and would t give her a diagnostic report on why it happened, quoted her a ridiculous amount of money to replace the motor or would give her $100 to keep the car and take it to the wreckers. Disappointed is an understatement.
PATHETIC!!nA friend took their car there for some mechanical issues. NEVER AGAIN!nTook 3 months for them to be able to collect the car and even then there was issues with the work that was done.nI wouldn't even consider taking my lawn mower to them!!!nI believe the owner cares more about lining his pockets with cash then providing his customers with quality workmanship.nnThink twice before handing over your precious car.
Had reverse switch changed out, mechanic/technician only did exhaust bolts up hand tight. Nuts/bolts fell out on the drive home, flex pipe was damaged. Drove back they put new nuts/bolts on, They didn’t offer to replace flex pipe or give some money back for the extremely low quality of service. Won’t be going back there, very poor service & don’t recommend them at all.
No stars, hopeless business with nil customer satisfaction. Told us numerous times they had ordered part for repairs only to find after having our vehicle for repair for 7 months still no part. Have never had such a bad experience.
Great team! Hamish inspected a vehicle for us and provided thorough and honest feedback. We appreciate how helpful everyone was. Would recommend!
