Great team and great service, this is the 4th car I have taken delivery from TAG, not only do they deliver a great range of vehicles to choose from, they always deliver excellent customer service. My experience with TAG was fantastic, I was always kept updated with the progress of my car and Micheal was an amazing salesman! He always had an answer for any questions I had throughout the process. My new Ford Ranger Wildtrak couldnt be better! Thank you TAG for making everything so easy for me!
Excellent service from Harrison Rowe. He got back to me when he said he would, transaction and paperwork sorted quickly. Picking up the car was an easy experience with introductions to the Customer Service Relations Officer, and explanation of new features of the car. This is the second car - same make and model as I had bought previously but 2022 version - I have bought from TAG and I am very happy with the whole process.
Fantastic service by the team at Tropical Auto Group. I was made to feel welcome and they were super helpful. Made the purchase process easy. The new car is awesome and the whole experience was a pleasure.
Easy process with both Joy & Jeremy to secure & purchase my Mitsubishi Pajero Sport. Final outcome of the vehicle was outstanding however, could have been 5 stars if the communication via email/phone regarding delivery dates etc was better as I had to follow up on all occasions myself. Jeremy scored us a mad rate on finance so hats off to him for that.
Excellent service by all members of Tropical Auto Group in Rockhampton especially from Dale who sold the car to me , Trish the manager and the ladies who organized my finance and insurance for me. Happy to recommend Dale as he has so much experience and full of information about these vehicles, he had time to explain all the details about the Great Wall Cannon and I felt comfortable with all the new gadgets that my last car didn't have. Tropical Auto Group are there for you and take care of you and it's a great relief knowing they are just a phone call away if I need anything. Our experience with TAG was very positive. Chavez was always happy to answer our questions and kept us informed on the status of the delivery. The ASX is a lovely car and definitely worth the wait. The whole team at TAG was very welcoming and approachable. We absolutely recommend them.
Had a fantastic experience at Mitsibishi Tropical Auto buying my eclipse cross. Ryan, Jeremy and the team made the process very simple and communicated with me every step of the way. Highly recommend these guys, very friendly, up for a laugh and get the job done!
