Dropped in unannounced with a fault in my car. Staff were extremely helpful and looked at my vehicle immediately, diagnosed the issue and cleared the fault message and got me back on the road in a very short time. Great service and support from the team at Ian Weigh Toyota. Thank you.
This review is to highly commend the service staff at Ian Weigh Toyota Rockhampton for how well I was cared for this morning. My Prado was booked for a major service today. I was greeted by Carl Service Supervisor. Due to travelling from out of town and being disabled I had to wait at the show room while my car was being serviced. Carl gave me regular thorough updates of what was being done and ensured my vehicle was ready to drive away as quickly as possible. I was given a thorough explanation of work that had to done involving replacing worn and broken parts and is organising everything needed for my next booking. I highly recommend Ian Weigh Toyota Rockhampton. UPDATE 17 OCT 2022 All parts and repairs were completed today efficiently by Armand the mechanic who has been working on my car. Very impressed with his thorough work ethic and professionalism ensuring my older model Prado was running as good as new.
Excellent customer service , thanks Glenda for making the booking a breeze and the service team were outstanding, understanding, listening and advising. Car drives like new after 90K service, thanks to the team. Thanks for washing the car!

I will never recommend the Toyota dealership... totally appalling how they treat loyal customers. I waited 5 weeks for a Service and a week before I required a RWC roadworthy certificate
Going for a third attempt to have an urgent safety recall notification rectified.have no faith in their service.Checklist said all lights were ok,one wasn’t working when dropped off and still wasn’t when picked up,it make’s you wonder is it just a tick and flick or are they really checking,very disappointing stay away.
Recently purchased a used car from here. Was very happy with the service. The salesman Troy was extremely helpful and took my concerns on board and rectified a minor air conditioning fault. A very pleasant experience indeed.
