I used to work here. Mostly the staff were kind and professional, but there were staff members who were cruel and unprofessional. I alerted the nurses to this and they ignored it. I have witnessed staff hitting dementia patients. I have witnessed staff informing lonely patients that their family don’t want to see them. I have seen staff ignore patients desperate for toilet if because they were due for a break. I informed nurses and management, but nothing was done. Hopefully Robyn doesn’t work there anymore, A’s image was more important than empathy for this head of staff.
