Staff are helpful and friendly, booked the 3 day Kuranda, Reef & Cape Trib package — very good value for money! Even though it was raining most of the time, the tours were informative and well thought out with knowledgeable guides and great experiences. Definitely recommend!

I was more than impressed with the professionalism of this company. one of our booked tours was cancelled on the day because of an accident which closed all road access. The speed of crediting our account with the refund was unbeliveable.You will not be disappointed with the service this  company offers Thanks Travstar

We booked a package for the Cairns and Port Douglas area with Kelsi at Travstar.  She met with our every need and they were difficult to meet!  On top of that we were booking from France so it was an extra special holiday for us.  Kelsi has always answered our every question, no matter how small, with courtesy and politeness even once our trip had started.  Some travel agents are there with you until you book  and pay but Travstar run their service through to the end.  A big thank you for making our holiday special and memorable!

Many thanks to Natalie at Travstar for booking  The Pullman Cairns, Fitzroy Is, Amaroo at Trinty, QT Port Douglas & Green Is. This is the 3rd time we have used Travstar & coming from the UK Natalie helped with where to park while we were over on Green Is, - $3 for 4days bargain! The only down side to our trip was Fitzroy Is was not for us & such a shame the reef is now badly damaged & bleached, hopefully it will return to its former glory.

Beware that their booking website is not a booking. It's only a request. We got caught out booking a trip to Fitzroy Island for our family. We thought we were all paid and booked only to receive an email later saying the trip was full and we were not on it.
