Good solid hotel stay. Value for money and has all the right amenities and helpful staff

Good, simple rooms, with comfortable living arrangements. Missing some of the fancier creature comforts such as Foxtel but covers the basics. Shared the room with two others on single beds, would recommend for maximum of two people (either double bed or twin single) simply due to size restrictions. The view that I got was nothing to write home about, could just see the top of Centre Point tower (city views I guess??) I didn't partake in the breakfast offered but it looked nice and well cooked with a basic range. Location of the hotel is its biggest appeal, right near the local RSL and in very close to the heart of town, with petrol stations and food options all less than five minutes away.

Check in was quick and painless, room was perfectly clean with everything you need. Pity that you are charged extra for parking! The included breakfast was definitely not up to standard. Coffee machine ran out of milk twice, poor selection of fruit (only canned, nothing fresh) and yoghurts. Watery scrambled eggs. Croissants and muffins were not fresh and not replaced once they ran out - rather have breakfast elsewhere!

This hotle looks imposing from the outside but is somewhat dated inside. Our aircon wasn't working efficiently and there were no screens on the windows so we had a very stuffy night's sleep. We expected better than powdered scrambled eggs for the buffet breakfast too.
