I had a thoroughly wonderful experience! Eden and her colleague were very friendly, professional, organised and efficient. I would highly recommend this Travelex! I will definitely be using their services again. Thank you Tauranga Travelex!
The shop was supposed to open at 9am Mon-Fri however after calling 7 times with no answer, I drove over to Travelex to see a sign saying it was opening today at 11am. Fine, no problem, these things happen. 11:00 came and no one was there,11:15 came and still no one there and finally 11:30 came around with around 6 other people waiting for someone to finally show up only to be told that they didn't have the foreign currency I was after and a shrug. A complete waste of my time and will never go there again.
Eden at Travelex is amazing. She is so patient and has great customer service with each customer being her focus. Thanks Eden for all your help, you are an asset to Travelex.
Eden was incredibly efficent and helpful. We took her advice, very knowledgeable. Word of mouth in the communtiy led us to her and we are extremely happy with the service we have recieved. We will certainly be recommneding her to friends, family, and colleagues. Thank you Eden.

Just came out of Travelex Tauranga , Willow Street . I was served by Eden who was wonderful. She went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get my Australian dollars on time .Excellent Friendly Service , Thank you .
I was directed here by my Bank who no longer handle foreign exchange. The person who served me this morning was cheerful, efficient and helpful. I had some foreign cash to change into NZD. Thank you

Terrible service, I left several messages, emailed and went to the shop on a day they were supposed to be open only to find them shut. Absolutely frustrated
Terrible service, rip you off by give you very low exchange rate. Asked for refund, and they said No. Highly recommended find someone else.
