A great bank for us. We are so happy to choose CO for our first home journey. Super quick response and helpful service from Sandy. She is very organised in term of time meeting, preparing the documents and explaining the mortgage payment. Highly - definitely recommended

Waited in the phone for 15 minutes only to be told that I would need to call into the bank. Asked if I needed an appointment and was was assured that I could just walk in. Drove 20 minutes ro the bank, dealing with traffic and parking only to be told that I would need an appointment. Will not be returning.

I've been with this bank for many years. They know me and are always welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. Staff are very knowledgeable and obliging. Best bank ever. Then there's the yearly share surprise in my account

Small member owned bank, so much easier to deal with than big corporate banks. I had an account open in 30 mins from walk in, no appointment needed.

Very friendly and helpful staff, for whom nothing was too much trouble.
